In the extreme rare case there is any kind of fault on our behalf, such as a faulty product, we will refund you for your purchase 100%. That’s right everything is on us! Just make sure you send us back the item, in perfect condition, exactly as received and we will take care the rest.

Please note that we make a big effort to give you the best service possible, but in the case of a none faulty product the shipping cost of returns is something we will not cover.
If you want to return an order you received, you have 14 days (from the date delivered to you) to send back the product to us for proper inspection.
